The Pain!

As I am a student living away from home, the little time that I get to spend at home is now almost always consumed in baking. I invariably end up frustrating my mother by disrupting the kitchen every time I am back. Another difficulty I face is the sourcing of ingredients. As most of the recipes I take off the internet, the ingredients are either expensive or downright unavailable! And since my mother would murder me if I spent recklessly on them, I have had to work hard to find low budget substitutes which I shall catalogue in further posts. Hopefully, that would come in handy for others in the same situation!
